Summary
In this webcast speakers reviewed the information about participating in the 2024 CAHPS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey Database, and the HCBS CAHPS Survey. They also discussed the benefits and steps involved in participating in database submission. The database will display results by state and HCBS program types. The HCBS CAHPS Survey Database is a joint project between the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
