ƵWebM&M (Morbidity and Mortality Rounds on the Web) features expert analysis of medical errors reported anonymously by our readers and includes interactive learning modules on patient safety ("Spotlight Cases"). WebM&M was recently added to , and includes Cases and Commentaries as well as Perspectives on Safety.

ƵWebM&M is produced for Ƶby a team of editors at the University of California, San Francisco, headed by , professor and associate chairman of the Department of Medicine. The editorial team is advised by a 16-member Editorial Board and a 34-member Advisory Board, both international in scope.
